We currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Product Analyst.
Responsibilities:
Identify data patterns and dependencies between data and metrics
Provide analytical support to our product and marketing teams
Generate and validate hypotheses
Create reports and analyze product metrics such as LTV, churn rate, cohorts, retention, a - ha moment
Research and conclude on A/B test results, providing insights for improvement
Automate the reporting process and create dashboards for various stakeholders
Monitor key metrics operationally and determine causes for deviations from expected values
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Analyst
Full proficiency in SQL
Full proficiency with GA, GTM
Experience with BI systems (Lookerstudio).
Solid knowledge of key product metrics and experience in building funnels and making recommendations based on them
Strong understanding of statistics fundamentals and experimental design
Familiarity with both statistics and regression methods
Experience with A/B testing
Highly motivated and results - oriented
Good communication skills and a desire to be part of a friendly, collaborative environment
Continuous learner, always exploring new approaches
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Capable of working independently
Strong ability to structure information and communicate it effectively
Would be a plus:
Experience with Hotjar
Experience with Python or R
Experience with BigQuery
