Construction Project Manager in Limassol Cyprus

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Construction Project Manager / Менеджер строительных объектов (Контроль качества строительства).

Responsibilities:
Lead projects from inception to completion, starting from scratch and taking them through to operational status
Create work schedules for the project
Work with suppliers, including sourcing, conducting tenders, negotiating contracts, and overseeing material delivery schedules
Coordinate budget approvals with all involved parties
Monitor quality and ensure alignment with approved design standards
Provide weekly project progress reports

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in positions such as a foreman, master, or supervisor in construction companies, or with construction crews (experience in Cyprus is a plus)
Ability to work in a multitasking environment
Advanced English and Russian (knowledge of Greek is a plus)
