Previous automotive Parts management experience

Job description
Manage a team of 5 professional Parts Advisors, 2 Warehouse operatives and 4 Parts Delivery Drivers
Achieve sales targets and departmental net profit budget
Introduce and oversee new processes to increase sales volume and profitability.
Stock management and control ordering process, ensure all stock is kept securely and in good condition, maintain stock control
Ensure all incoming deliveries are checked and placed in the correct bins and any discrepancies are resolved.
Ensure all paperwork, documentation and parts requisitions are completed accurately
Ensure all credit sales transactions are done correctly
Manage parts returns, surcharges and warranty returns
Monitor lost sales
Manage and train junior staff including apprentices
Salary - £45,000 OTE (basic + commission), company car, laptop and mobile phone
