Education required Master’s degree, Associates Degree Food Service Management or related degree.
Age from 35 years old
Experience required is 5 years at the similar position in successful Restaurant in Europe, as well as experience in promotion of restaurants.
Duties
to build an effective working arrangements and profitable system for the restaurant promotion
to manage, coordinate and control of the Restaurant, the Bar, The Night Club and the Summer café
personnel management – staff recruitment, training, motivation, work supervision
maintenance of high-quality European kitchen and service
develop and organize activities/events, presentations etc. aimed at the promotion of the Restaurant complex
improve profitability, increase visitor numbers, marketing
We offer
Agreement for 6 months or for 1 year
Company pays for the cost of the flights, accommodation and food
