Our company is looking to hire an Office Manager to be responsible for the general operation of our office. You will be the first friendly face that guests of NEXTERS GLOBAL meet when visiting the office: )

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls;
- Keep the office beautiful and functional
- You will be the go - to person for general office questions and troubleshooting
- Oversee office interactions and help people in their minor questions

Qualifications:

- Сomputer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to priotitize
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work experience in an administrative/office management role

Requirements:

- Citizenship of the European Union!
- Knowledge of written and spoken Greek, English and Russian languages
