An investment company, part of a group of companies specializing in the production and marketing of technology products, import and export, material and technical activities.
The company implements investment projects in the field of construction: office and shopping centers, residential buildings, hotels, implements and manages large industrial and infrastructure projects.
In connection with the development of business and the increase of projects at the international level, for the central office in Bulgaria, Sofia, the company is looking for a specialist in foreign economic activity for working with key partners.

Negotiating and business correspondence with logistics companies on the conditions of work and optimization of supply.
Perform any tasks in the field of procurement, supply, logistics.
Search for the purchase of goods with maximum profitability (margin).
The conclusion and maintenance of foreign trade contracts.
The conclusion of contracts and discussion of conditions of cooperation.
Search for the most favorable conditions for the delivery of goods to the customer.
Control and maintenance of deliveries at all stages - from placing to receiving an order.
Control of timely payment of export and import payments.
Registration of the necessary accompanying documentation. Search for new products and suppliers abroad.
Collection and dispatch of documents for obtaining prior permission for processing goods outside the customs territory.
Interaction with government agencies (customs, tax and other).
Rapid response to information from customers.
Implementation of targets. Perform on time tasks.
Document management: search for foreign suppliers of raw materials and materials (business correspondence, negotiations on the terms of procurement, catalog request); placing and controlling orders with suppliers; organization of logistic processes; work with transport companies and customs brokers; calculation of the cost of delivery, delivery time (air transport, ship transport, as well as in the composition of consolidated cargo: road, railway); documentary support of transactions (registration and registration of import and export contracts, additional agreements and transaction passports in the bank, registration of declarations and conformity certificates for imported goods and exported products). tracking receivables and payables; work with claims; entering orders, nomenclature, goods receipts, add. costs and customs declaration.
Business trips are possible as an official company for signing contracts with company representatives.

High level of English (fluent, competent oral and written speech).
High level of Russian (free, written and oral).
High level of Bulgarian (fluent, written and spoken).
Higher economic education (availability of additional training and sales training is welcome).
Good orientation in international legislative procedures of foreign economic activity.
High level of proficiency in MS Office.
Ownership of negotiation and business correspondence.
Excellent proficiency in business correspondence in English. Required experience in procurement/import of 3 years.
Work experience as a foreign economic activity manager in large companies (working with key foreign economic activity partners) of 3 years.
Professional preparation of a package of documents for customs clearance.
Understanding the conditions of air transportation, ship traffic, road and rail.
Registration of all permits, settlements and control of compliance with the terms of the concluded contracts.
Knowledge of the principles of international trade and logistics.
Knowledge of customs procedures: import, export, re-import, re-export, temporary export of goods.
The ability to put in order a large amount of information.
A high level of autonomy and responsibility in resolving issues.
