Responsibilities:
Working on the calendar of the director, answering phone calls, preparing reports after the meetings, making travel arrangements (hotels, flights, transfers), visa support, preparing files for signature, collecting invoices for the accountant, writing emails, coordination with suppliers, other daily tasks as requested.
Requirements:
Fluent English and Spanish, relevant experience minimum 1 year, computer literate at a user' s level, stress - resistance, time - management skills, able to travel occasionally in Spain and outside of Spain, multitasking, being mobile as sometimes work is done out of the office at meetings/business trips. The applicant must have the necessary documents to live and work in Spain.
Work conditions:
The place of work will be in Benicarlo, Castellon.
Work hours are 9 am till 6 pm Monday - Friday with 1 hour lunch break.
Salary depends on experience and performance.
