Description of work:
Full - time work at a logistics company;
Arranging invoices for payment;
Preparing payment orders for the bank;
Communicating with suppliers regarding invoices and services, requesting missing information;
Preparing files for tax declarations;
Communicating with banks;
Preparing cash flow, financial reports for the management;
Other daily tasks as requested by the Director.
Requirements:
Fluent English and Spanish, other languages are an asset;
2 - 5 years of relevant accounting experience;
Able to prioritize, multitask;
Time management skills;
Analytical skills;
Knowledge of Spanish accounting rules and procedures;
Able to work overtime when needed.
Must have necessary documents to work and live in Spain.
Payment fixed salary + bonuses for overtime work / performance. Salary will depend on your knowledge, experience and skills.
Full time work in the office from 9 am till 6 pm with 1 hour lunch break.
No possibility for teleworking.
Office location - Peniscola, Castellon, Spain.
