A Large Multinatinal Confectionary producer provides the opportunity to join to the Business Unit in Germany as a Key Account Manager.
We are looking to hire an experienced key account manager to maintain solid relationships with the company' s key clients such as REWE, EDEKA, RIMI, MAXIMA etc.
Key responsibilities:
· Building sustainable relationships with key retail customers that bring in the most income for the company
· Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
· Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met
· Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
· Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
· Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client' s long - term goals
Skills and experience required:
· Bachelor' s degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field
Proven experience listing as a new food supplier in national and local retailers
Great negotiating skills dealing with German retailers such as REWE, EDEKA, RIMI, MAXIMA etc.
Activation in store level, well knowledge of a key franchise
At least last 3 years in FMCG food companies
Native German, fluent in English

· Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends
