We are currently looking for customer support advisors with native or fluent French OR German OR Dutch for a call center of our client in Ireland, Cork (you will have to move to Cork in case you are selected) .

Requirements: native French OR German OR Dutch + advanced English obligatory

Customer service experience is a plus.
Great communication skills is a must

EU citizens only.
LONG-TERM contract ( this is NOT a temporary job)

Role: The product is online reservation platform. You will answer inbound calls and emails from customers in an efficient and timely manner. You will troubleshoot, providing information and solutions to customers and do so with the highest standards of professional customer care. We provide 24/7 support so you may be required to work a variety of shifts but this will be clarified with you on the phone at our initial contact stage.


Base salary 22000 euro gross/year
+ Monthly bonus 80-230 euro /month

40 hours per week

Relocation options:
- Option 1: 2 weeks accommodation. booked and paid for by us in shared house, then you have to rent your own flat.
- Option 2: We can reimburse you up to €250 towards the cost of your relocation after you start. Receipts must be kept.
