Central London based company is looking to recruit a Receptionist/Customer Service Advisor.
The candidate must possess good communication skills, correct written and spoken English, excellent telephone skills and etiquette, can do attitude, ability to work under pressure. Ideal candidate should be able to communicate in Russian, both oral and written. Ability to speak any other languages would be an advantage.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Dealing with clients face to face.
- Answering the phone and transferring calls, taking massages, providing information over the phone.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Operating office equipment.
- Supporting consultants and manager in administrative matters.
