Urgent! Full or part time Office Manager needed for a real estate company in Mayfair who has attention to detail, enjoy working in the office environment, very detail and with figures and calculations, enjoy solving problems while managing the flats. You will be working along other sales people in the office.
Office Manager position will involve office admin and managing day to day administration of the various departments within the business, including finance, sales, marketing and property management. This includes client service interactions, reports and repairs. Provides the highest level of client service with a sales - minded attitude while developing lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities and Duties
Displays working knowledge of property industry standards and practices, including company services offered
Offers exemplary client property management service, maintaining client relationships and taking care of any concerns or complaints quickly and professionally
Performs administrative tasks
Redirecting enquiries as appropriate and monitoring sales team response performance
Monitors property issues and client complaints to define patterns and work to lessen those recurring issues
Organising repairs ensuring highest quality of work
Assistance with organising events, campaigns, analytics and preparing promotional literature
Assisting accountant using Xero
Fluent in Russian
Previous property sector experience preferable
Highly organised with excellent IT skills
Strong client facing skills
Strong written and verbal communication, self - motivated, creative problem - solving
You need to be softly spoken with excellent English and Russian languages. An applicant must already have a visa to be able to work in the UK.
