We’re hiring an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to manage the administrative and organizational needs of our office and our CEO. We are looking for someone passionate about our mission and motivated to help the company grow and thrive.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the CEO with scheduling, travel, record maintenance, receiving visitors, among other task
Manage the physical and virtual office spaces: cleaning, maintenance, supplies budget, facilities management, Google calendar
Manage the search for new office and oversee the move
ABOUT YOU
1 - 2 years of experience in an office manager or executive assistant role
Has an entrepreneurial spirit, and is always looking for new and innovative ways to help the company thrive
Extremely detail - oriented, organized and possessing confidence to interact with and manage a variety of partners and vendors
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
An adaptable, flexible problem solver
