The ideal candidate for Office Admin role will:
• Be fluent in Russian and English spoken and written.
• Have previously worked in an office as a Receptionist, Administrator or Team Secretary
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, eye to detail
• Have the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills
• Good IT skills.

Qualification: UK University Degree

For Accounts Assistant role main key responsibilities:
– Bookkeeping and preparation of management accounts
– Personal tax compliance
– VAT compliance (registration for VAT, submission of VAT returns, EC sales lists, reverse charges, etc.)
– Payroll calculation and RTI submissions
– Acting as a point of contact to clients
– Dealing with HMRC enquiries and investigations

Full training will be given but previous experience needed.
Qualification: Accounting Degree from any country
