Technical Help Desk (Lubricants) - Russian.

The Technical Help Desk answers queries and provides international customers information on product portfolio and quality standards. They also provide sales and customer service support to other departments of the company.
- University degree in Engineering, Mechanics, Chemistry etc.,
- About one year of experience in engineering related or similar role;
- At least advanced English and Russian (knowledge of German as well, would be a plus),
- Excellent communication skills,
- Customer orientation.
This position is suitable for both fresh graduates and candidates with some work experience.
