We are seeking a person with knowledge of data driven API solutions. The key function of the API Support Specialist is to provide execution and technical support for our clients.
You should be able to multitask in a growing environment and must be technical and customer oriented with experience in API, great customer service, strong team relationships, quick troubleshooting skills and resolving technical issues. You will team up with client’s development team, share knowledge and be an effective advocate for our partners, helping client’s developers in integration of our products (NO call centre).
• Business process integration for B2B client base
• Analysing the behaviour of B2B and B2C clients to provide feedback and optimization requests for tech team;
• Handle Integration guides, instructions and constantly improve them
• Collecting and categorizing client feedback about our services and products for further enhancement of client.
• Russian language and English is a plus
• Basic programming experience
• Basic network understanding
• Basic software testing knowledge
• Basic Linux knowledge
• Support/communication skills
• Quality Assurance experience will be a plus.
