Excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, ambitious and hands on individual, in a rapidly expanding Multinational Company based in Limerick with excellent chance for a future promotion.

Job Description/Responsibility:
• Ensuring sufficient stock levels. Check in all incoming stock. Maintain and control stock level
• Filing of all paperwork relating to each contract
• Give daily updates to customers and other departments
• Control packing orders
• Monitor and check status of all current orders
• Organising returns of faulty/repaired products to suppliers/customers
• Updating data base, records, spreadsheets and reports. Maintain an efficient filing system
• Organizing shipments. Tracking and Tracing shipments
• Solving problems with shipments
• Customs clearance of incoming orders
• Liaise with freight companies on a daily basis
• Processing shipping documentation, liaising with other departments to ensure all information is correct
• Checking availability, lead times of incoming orders
• Management of all shipping documentation and operations
• Responsible for team management including warehouse operator and subcontractors
• Plan and cost all routes

• Prior experience in the above functions is essential
• Have a good telephone manner. Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and to prioritise workload
• Be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
• Ability to work on own initiative/as part of a team
• The successful candidate should be highly motivated, an excellent team player with strong communication skills
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Russian is essential for this position
