OFFICE MANAGER in Logistics
We are looking for an Office Manager in Nicosia, CYPRUS who will be responsible for running our office along with the shipping process.
Your main goal is to organize logistics in order to get 100% of the product delivered on time along with other office responsibilities
What you' ll do:
o Manage the Supply Chain process - from placing Purchase Orders through shipping them to our customers o Sales invoicing and receivables through accounting system, processing payments
o Prepare shipment documentation o Resolve any client problems or complaints
o Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks
Do you have the following Qualifications and Characteristics?
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Holding European Passport and easy to travel
• English is a must, Russian is an advantage
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
• Logistics experience is not required if you are ready to learn
We offer full working 5 days a week at the office in Nicosia.
