Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain fraud monitoring system for a very large international user base
● Process and evaluate incoming and outgoing payments
● Increase the efficiency of service to top customers and in general
● Grow customer satisfaction
● Coordinate issue resolution with the product, marketing & technical teams
● Generate development ideas based on feedback
Requirements
● At least 1 year hands on experience with chargeback, fraud and dispute resolution handling
● At least 1 year experience in consumer focused Support / Risk Department / Finance
● Understanding of fraud - monitoring systems and principles of their work
● Fluent English (level: upper - intermediate and above)
● Analytical skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast - paced results - oriented environment
● High proficiency in a computer field
● Desire to help users and solve their issues
● Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Ford, Power Point advanced level
● Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage
