We are currently recruiting Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie and Commis de cuisine for 4/5* river boats running by one of the largest European cruise operators.
Requirements:
Completed apprenticeship or specialized training as a cook / 1 - 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position / Ship’s experience is an advantage / In - depth knowledge of the menu and food / Knowledge of the tools and functions in the galley / Good communication skills in English.
