Branch Manager

Fast growing Production Company that effectively solves the entire range of matters in the field of an automation of the industrial technological processes is looking for a Branch Manager to join their team in Shenzhen, China.

Functions:

Efficient operational management of the branch activities;
Hiring, training and managing staff;
Budgeting & forecasting;
Interaction with regulatory and public authorities;
Formation and submission of reports to HQ;
Managing trading, control of stock and warehouse.
Requirements:

Chinese passport holder is A MUST!
Work experience as the head of an independent unit, minimum 3 years;
Professional experience in the field of industrial equipment and/or microelectronics is preferred;
Knowledge of Chinese language – native level; Russian – Intermediate and higher;
Conditions:

Official long - term employment;
Five - day workweek with days off on Saturday and Sunday;
