Responsibilities:
- Full cycle of work on the project - from attraction of the client to the conclusion of the deal + further support of the client;
- Building and development of long - term mutually beneficial partnerships with key clients;
- Advising clients on the Bank' s services aimed at increasing sales, promotion of new services of the Bank;
- Upselling current portfolio;
- Conducting field meetings and negotiations with heads, founders of organizations for the purpose of presentation and sale of Bank' s products;
- Identification of clients needs and closing of its developed proposal under the client, for such products as: Cash management, crediting, trade finance, salary project, Foreign economic activity (dual currency deposits, risk hedging ), placement of liabilities, letters of credit, cash - managment, acquiring (Internet and merchant);
- Cross - selling of products: insurance, leasing, investment and other services;
- Preparation of commercial offers to clients, conducting of presentations, negotiations and conclusion of agreements focused on long - term cooperation;
- Interaction with internal divisions of the Bank;
- Development and coordination with the management of the individual solutions for the client;
- Maintaining related document flow, drafting and sending CP, signing contracts, control of all stages of the transaction;
- Fulfillment of KPI;
- Resolving problem situations (from client claim to problem resolution) - Building a process within the Bank, including related departments, for timely response to the client;
- PNL control, responsibility for profitability and financial performance of client portfolio;
- Maintaining high level of NPS.
