I' m currently looking for a job in international companies in Cypris as a Legal Adviser or Corporate Administrator. I have graduated from the Law University, obtaining bachelor' s degree in international law. I have work experience and qualifications as a lawyer in large international logistic companies, with branches in Europe and Russia, as well as in social media & telecommunication sphere. My main responsibilities included contractual work with foreign clients, legal examination of different types of agreements, examination of financial position of contractors (KYC/AML), checking for reliability, negotiations with partners, carrying out internal training for the staff of the company in the insurance sphere and legal work. I was also dealt with corporate law (support of legal entities, including with the participation of foreign capital, registration of companies), organized HR document flow, had interaction with government (e - system). I have work experience with CEO of the companies helping to solve legal and current issues. I have office and administration backgroud in managing meetings and appointments with partners, preparing reports and databases, maintaining administrative procedures.
