While working as Sales Technical Support Manager with BASF Central Asia, I spearheaded the Kumtor Gold Mine project, Highway and Bridge construction, Seismic retrofitting of Building (with Seismic Institute, Kazakhstan, city Almaty) .

Done sales growth during working at BASF:
a) Underground construction (mining division, shotcrete admixtures, injection, * long term projects)
From 2000k Euro to 4000k Euro
b) Highway and Bridge Construction (bearings, expansion joints, * long term projects)
From 8k Euro to 400k Euro

So I’m well introduced with concrete admixtures (mix designs) , concrete injection products (concrete repair, water stopping, ground and concrete consolidation, equipment for injection) , FRP (fiber reinforced polymers) for any kind of structure reinforcing.

I got several both practical and theoretical training in Switzerland, Hagerbach (Shotcrete, Injection) for three times (certificates) .

I am organized and detail-oriented, work well under pressure and deadlines, enjoy working with a variety of people, and have a great attitude.

Native language is Kazakh.
Fluently speak English, Turkish, Russian.
