Grand Pab LD, Barnaul, Russia - Created daily menu. Established kitchen protocols for each menu item, still in use today. Created several new items, including the Brusburger. Holding banquets and weddings for 100 or more people.
Chef 2010-2015
Restoraunt “Marusia”, Phuket, Thailand - Prepared a variety of specialties for lunch. Created daily menu. Created several new items. 50 to 80 covers daily.
Senior Chef 2000-2010
Night club “Opera/Arena”, Barnaul, Russia - Prepared a variety of specialties for lunch, and dinner. Established kitchen protocols for each menu item, still in use today. Created several new items. Holding banquets and weddings for 250 or more people.
