- Administration of the information platform for interaction with trading partners (changing the business settings of the system)
- Quality management of the information platform: acceptance of functional and technical changes
- Periodic analysis of the quality and completeness of data
- Training in new platform functionality for the team and key representatives of the regions
- Processing requests from key users of the information platform regarding problems in the system or identifying missing functionality (2nd support line)
- Writing product improvement requirements
- User acceptance testing
- Communication with suppliers and global teams to track current processes
